Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 9 August 2019 by the members as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jeremy Willmont (IP No. 9044) and Christine Francis (IP No. 13596) both of BDO LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
