A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 70 Hoxton Street, London N1 6LP presented by VENUS WINE & SPIRIT MERCHANTS PLC whose registered office address is situate at Unit 3, Venus House, 62 Garman Road, London N17 0UT claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 23 August 2021 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 3 August 2022 at 10.30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).
