“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian McCulloch (IP No. 18532) and Mark Nicholas Ranson (IP No. 9299) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Mount Suite, Rational House, 32 Winckley Square, Preston PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
