Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the company will be held at 5 Barnfield Crescent, Exeter, Devon, EX1 1QT on 3 August 2020 at 1.00 pm for the purpose of considering and if thought fit passing the following resolution as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Gerard Kirk (IP No. 8830) of Kirks, 5 Barnfield Crescent, Exeter, EX1 1QT be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."

Remote attendance to the meeting will be achieved by Zoom. Please notify Daniel Jeeves in advance if you plan to attend.

Proxy forms, if applicable, must be lodged at 5 Barnfield Crescent, Exeter, Devon, EX1 1QT, by no later than 1.00 pm on 3 August 2020.
