"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Simmonds (IP No. 9570) and Paul Zalkin (IP No. 18612) both of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, SL7 1NS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
