Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily."

Ordinary Resolution

"That Marcus Tout (Office Holder No 23490) of Approved Recovery Limited, 36 Fifth Avenue, Havant, Hampshire PO9 2PL is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
