Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily"

Ordinary Resolution

"That Alex Martin-Sklan of Martin Sklan & Co., 133 Golders Green Road, London, NW11 8HJ, United Kingdom, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".
