"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Patrick Meany (IP No. 9453) and Tauseef A Rashid (IP No. 9718) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
