THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (''the Order") that a meeting of creditors of the Company will be held at Forsyth House, Cromac Square, Belfast, BT2 8LA, on 30 July 2018 at 12:00 noon for the purposes provided for in Articles 85, 86 and 87 of the Order.

A proxy form is available which, to enable a creditor to vote, must be lodged, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of HJS Recovery, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 2EA. not later than 12:00 noon on 27 July 2018. The proxy form and statement may be posted or sent by fax to 023 8023 4888.

Secured creditors may only vote for the balance of the debt, which will not be recovered by enforcement of the security, unless right to enforce is waived.

During the period before the day on which the meeting is to be held, Stephen Powell and Shane Biddlecombe of HJS Recovery, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 2EA will be pleased to furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the company's affairs as they may reasonably require.

If no liquidation committee is formed, a resolution may be taken specifying the terms on which the liquidators are to be remunerated.

The meeting will receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
