A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 12333301) of Soulbury Road Farm, Soulbury Road, Burcott, England LU7 0JP presented on 11 July 2022 by Ms Chiazom Laetitia Obiagwu of 22 Alexander Road, Frenchay, South Gloucestershire BS16 1UZ (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 5 October 2022 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 16.00 hours on Tuesday 4 October 2022 (a business day before the hearing).
