A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 3 October 2019 by GENESIS ENTERPRISE FOUNDATION LIMITED of The Genesis Centre, 32-36 King Street, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7DQ claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at Derby Combined Court Centre, Morledge, Derby DE1 2XE, on 2 December 2019, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
