“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

“That Carrie James and Panos Papas of Benedict Mackenzie Recovery Limited, 93 Tabernacle Street, London, EC2A 4BA, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
