“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Francesca Devine (IP No. 8082) of DIP Insolvency, Suite 2, Stable Court, Hesslewood Business Park, Ferriby Road, Hessle, HU13 0LH be and she is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
