Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That Isobel Susan Brett of Bretts Business Recovery Limited, 21 Highfield Road, Dartford, Kent DA1 2JS, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".
