A Petition to wind up the above-named company of The Finishing Point Limited (05642233) of 222 Europa Boulevard, Westbrook, Warrington WA5 7TN, 222 Europa Boulevard, Westbrook, Warrington WA5 7TN (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Printing Company, presented on Tuesday 17 March 2020, at 12:04 by JOHN CHRISTOPHER O'BRIEN, of 32 Winwick Park Avenue, Winwick, Warrington WA2 8XA claiming to be a Contributory of the Company, will be heard at the Liverpool Civil and Family Court, 35, Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX on Tuesday 19 May 2020, at 11:45 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
