“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Marco Piacquadio (IP No. 19910) and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Studio L2A Witan Studios, 294 Witan Gate, Milton Keynes, MK9 1EJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
