A Petition to wind up the above named Company of 122 South Road Waterloo, Liverpool, Merseyside, L22 0ND presented on 29 April 2021 by Npower Commercial Gas Limited of Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV4 8LG acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies’ Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 02 February 2022 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
