Notice is hereby given that Edwin D.S. Kirker (IP Number 8227) of Borrelli Walsh, 7/F Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AN, was appointed Liquidator of the above Company on 6 October 2020.

Creditors of the Company, which is being wound up voluntarily, are required on or before 18 December 2020 to send details of their names, addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts and claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the undersigned Edwin D.S.
