Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 9 April 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Robert Adamson (IP No. 9380) and Mark Ranson (IP No. 9299) both of Armstrong Watson LLP, Third Floor, 10 South Parade, Leeds, LS1 5QS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that any enactment to be doe by the Liquidators may be done by all or one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."
