At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held by Zoom Conference Call at 10.00 am on 8 July 2022 the following resolutions were duly passed as special and ordinary resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Taylor (IP No. 13790) and Paul Ellison (IP No. 7254) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium, King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
