At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 3 June 2019 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution.

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

“That Mark Bowen (office holder no 8711) of MB Insolvency, 11 Roman Way, Berry Hill, Droitwich, WR9 9AJ be and are hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

At the Subsequent Creditors Meeting on the same day, the appointment of Mark Bowen as Liquidator was confirmed.
