"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Melissa Lorraine Jackson (IP No. 9747) of Kennway Francis Limited, Kenway House, 27 Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1HT be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
