At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 27 September 2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

a) That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

b) That Kate Merry and Ben Dyer of PEM, Salisbury House, Station Road, Cambridge CB1 2LA, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.

c) That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office.
