"That the Company be wound up voluntarily"; and

"That Douglas John Pinteau and Richard Andrew Segal of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, Unit 2 Spinnaker Court, 1C Becketts Place, Hampton Wick, Kingston upon Thames KT1 4EQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

"That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."
