A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered number is 03967755 and whose registered office is at West Cottage, North Sydmonton, Ecchinswell, Newbury RG20 4UL, presented on 9 February 2016 by MRS NECIA JONES-WHITE AND MR MATTHEW BRINDLEY WHITE, both of West Cottage, North Sydmonton, Ecchinswell, Newbury RG20 4UL, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Reading County Court, 160-163 Friar Street, Reading RG1 1HE, on Monday 16 May 2016, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 13 May 2016.
