A Petition to wind up the above named company of 28 Nethercourt Avenue, Finchley, London N3 1PT presented on 14 February 2017 by Masergy Communications UK Limited whose address is Salisbury House, 5th Floor, 711-719, 29 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 5QQ claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 11 April 2017 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard.
