Notice is hereby given that on 21 December 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Stirling Sheriff Court by Mr Bartosz Czernia, 20 Barnton Street, Stirling FK8 1NA, sole director of The Construction Team (Scotland) Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC317183) and having its Registered Office at 20 Barnton Street, Stirling FK8 1NA (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Robb and Julien Irving, Insolvency Practitioners both of Leonard Curtis Business Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA be appointed joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor of 21 December 2017 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Stirling Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Viewfield Pl, Stirling, FK8 1NH within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
