“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Henry Shinners (IP No. 9280) and Clare Lloyd (IP No. 25932) both of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
