"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Howell (IP No. 23610) and Hugh Francis Jesseman (IP No. 9480) both of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray's Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or separately."
