1. "That the company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Julie Elizabeth Willetts (IP No 9133) and Philip Anthony Brooks (IP No 9105), of Blades Insolvency Services, Charlotte House, 198 Market Place, Bingham, Nottingham, NG13 8AP, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company, and that they act either jointly or severally."
