NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to creditors pursuant to Rules 15.8, 15.13 and 18.16 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, that decisions are being sought, by a Virtual Meeting of Creditors, pursuant to Rule 15.5 of The Rules.

The Virtual Meeting will be held as follows:

To access the Virtual Meeting, which will be held via Go To Meeting platform, please contact the Convenor (the Joint Liquidators) using the details below.

The decisions to be considered include whether a Creditors' Committee should be formed, the basis on which the Joint Liquidators shall be remunerated and for the approval of category 2 disbursements in accordance with the Liquidators' firm's policy.

The Virtual Meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the Chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).

A proxy form is available free of charge upon request to the Convenor at the address noted below to enable creditors to appoint a proxy holder to attend on their behalf. All proxy forms, together with, a completed proof of debt form, (unless one has already been submitted), must be returned to the Convenor, Beesley Corporate Solutions Ltd, Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth SK9 3HP or by email to Christopher@beesley.co.uk

NB 1: Creditors are advised that, in order to vote a written statement of claim, (proof of debt form), must be received by 16.00 hours on the 17 July 2019, and all proxy forms must be delivered to the Convenor or Chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 10:00 am on 18 July 2019.

NB 2: All Virtual Meetings of Creditors will be recorded (video and/or audio) in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts, or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending a meeting, you consent to being recorded, including possible recordings of your facial image. Where any recording of a meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Secured creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security and its value.

Creditors who have taken all steps necessary to attend the Virtual Meeting under the arrangement made by the Convenor, but that do not enable them to attend the whole or part of the meeting, may complain under Rule 15.38 of The Rules. A complaint must be made as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event o later than 4pm on the business day following the day on which the person was, or appeared to be, excluded; or where an indication is sought under Rule 15.38, the day on which the complainant received the indication.

Such an appeal must be made no later than 21 days after the decision date.
