The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to preferential creditors of the Company.

It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 16 July 2021. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 16 July 2021 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the joint liquidators, whose contact details are below.
