“That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Bailey (IP No. 18810) and Martin Armstrong (IP No. 6212) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD be appointed as joint liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
