NOTICE is hereby given that on 7 November 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Stornoway by Kathleen Macaskill, residing at 9 Upper Carloway, Carloway, Isle of Lewis, HS2 9AG, craving the Court inter alia to order that The Carloway Mill Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 and having its registered office at 26 Lewis Street, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, HS1 2JF be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Stornoway by Interlocutor dated 7 November 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Stornoway within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
