"That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Edgar Blackburn (IP No. 6234) and Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
