At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 11.30 am at 21 Gilbert Way, Berkhamsted, Herts HP4 3JF on 22 April 2020 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joylan Sunnassee (IP No. 10470) of BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Hertfordshire, EN5 5TZ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
