At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3 9AG on 25 October 2018 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Michael John Berry (IP No. 9605) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3 9AG and Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, London NW1 2DX be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 25 October 2018 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Stephen Michael John Berry and Trevor John Binyon as Joint Liquidators.
