"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Marsden (IP No. 9409) and Christine Francis (IP No. 13596) both of Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
