Notice is hereby given that on Thursday 07 May 2020, at 09:00 a Petition was presented to FOULIS at Perth Sheriff Court at County Building, Tay Street, Perth PH2 8NL by MORVEN SHEARER, 50 Grange Terrace, Boness EH519DU (the Petitioner) craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up THE BO'NESS BOWLING CLUB LTD (Company Number: SC004938) having its registered office at New Custom House, Register Street, Bo'ness EH51 9AE, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated Thursday 07 May 2020 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette; ordained the said THE BO'NESS BOWLING CLUB LTD and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court at County Building, Tay Street, Perth PH2 8NL within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
