“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Paul Dante (IP No. 9600) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Kestrel House, Knightrider Street, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6LU and Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 4th Floor, Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 1DB be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
