Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Unit 1, Vickers House, Vickers Business Centre, Priestley Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG24 9NP on 16 July 2018 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) and Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
