At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Old Bank, 187a Ashley Road, Hale, Cheshire, WA15 9SQ on 21 February 2019 at 2.30 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Darren Brookes (IP No. 009297) and Molly Monks (IP No. 19830) both of Milner Boardman & Partners Ltd, The Old Bank, 187a Ashley Road, Hale, Cheshire, WA15 9SQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
