Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 11 July 2022, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and

That Daniel Richardson and Edward M Avery-Gee of CG&Co., Greg’s Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.; and

That the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
