At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at The Union Building, 5th Floor, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY on 28 February 2019, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Perkins (IP No. 18310) and Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) both of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
