A Petition to wind-up the above named company 1st Floor, Ewm House Regent Street, Liverpool, L3 7BN, presented on 26 October 2017 by KINGSWAY ASSET FINANCE LIMITED of Barons Court, Manchester Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 1BQ, claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 8 January 2018 at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
