A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of ATF Accountants, 30 Salcote Road, Gravesend, DA12 4RB, presented on 23 August 2018 by BRISKO SCAFFOLDING LIMITED T/a Brisko Metal Resources of Unit 16, Kingsmill Business Park, Chapel Mill Lane, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, KT1 3GZ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Birmingham Priory Courts at 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS, on Friday 2 November 2018, at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
