A Petition to wind up the above-named company of TGM ARDOR (HOLDINGS) LIMITED (11076022) of 81 Canfield Gardens, London NW6 3EA, previously of Leeds Road, Huddersfield HD2 1UU, whose nature of business is 64209, Steel work, Engineering and Fabrication, presented on Monday 29 November 2021, at 11:38 by MR MICHAEL KILBRIDE & MRS JUDITH KILBRIDE, of 42 Northwood Park, Woodlesford, Leeds LS26 8PF claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts at Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 22 February 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
