Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 13 October 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily

That Edward M Avery-Gee and Daniel Richardson of CG&Co, Greg`s Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.

That the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.
