At a general meeting of the company, duly convened and held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS on 18 September 2020 at 12.00 noon, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Philip Ross (IP No. 9503) and Allan David Kelly (IP No. 9156) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
