Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Administrators intend to declare a first and final dividend to preferential and unsecured creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified above.

Creditors who have not yet done so must prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4) to the Joint Administrators at Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP, Suite 3 Regency House, 91 Western Road, Brighton, BN1 2NW by no later than 4 March 2021 (the last date for proving).

Creditors who have not proved their debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from this dividend.

The Joint Administrators are treating a “small debt” of the Company (meaning a debt not exceeding £1,000 inclusive of VAT), as having been proved for the purposes of this dividend. Any creditor with a small debt does not have to submit a claim in accordance with this notice, unless notified otherwise by the Joint Administrators.
